  • Not necessarily, but Inbox Impact is optimized for HubSpot and Customer.io. If you're on a different platform, let's talk. We can assess whether the system can be adapted to your ESP, or if it makes sense to migrate.

  • Very little. That's the point. During the Place phase, I'll need 2-3 hours of your time for discovery and asset gathering. After that, you'll spend about 30 minutes reviewing and approving campaigns before they go out. Everything else—deliverability audits, template building, workflow automation, and campaign production—is handled by me.

  • You'll see improved deliverability and inbox placement within 4 weeks (Place phase). Engagement and click-through rates typically improve within 30-60 days as we launch optimized campaigns (Prime phase).
